Revenue Management training is provided to those in hotel-level revenue management positions, regional revenue management positions, Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) positions and Revenue Analysis Teams.
Measurable Results: The Revenue Management at Work training program is designed to train Revenue Management professionals on the specific behaviors and actions proven to drive business results through an extensive curriculum that is measurable, research-based and best-practices oriented.
A thorough analysis of pre- and post-Program revenue figures showed that participating hotels met revenue goals, achieving greater market-share growth. Of this growth, the metrics study directly attributed $3.35 million to the HWU training that had been given.
